The location is perfect. The room is small, and you can clearly hear what the neighboring room is talking about, plus you can hear the toilet voice clearly—privacy is really lacking in terms of soundproofing.

The front‑desk lady was helpful with info and bookings, and the location is spot‑on, close to the city centre and public transport. I couldn’t bring my luggage in before check‑in, the entrance looked pretty plain, and the cleanliness could use a bit more attention.

The location is superb, the décor is stylish, and Marialuisa was fantastic—she was the highlight, giving us tips and hints about Sorrento and the surrounding area. The shower door leaked heavily, leaving big puddles, and on the first day the toilet door wouldn’t lock; after we mentioned it, Marialuisa had someone fix it that same day.

The central spot is great, and there’s a parking lot just a 3‑minute walk away. The room was spotless, and Marialuisa was kind and helpful. The only downside was that the room felt a little cramped.
