The staff were super friendly and genuinely caring, even helping us book restaurants. The large room and great location made for a very relaxing stay. The only issue was that the air conditioning was a bit noisy, but otherwise everything was great.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the check‑in process was personalized. The large lobby served a superb breakfast, and tea, coffee, and juices were available all day, with free noodles after 9 pm. It’s a 10‑minute walk to the castle and 15 to the gardens. The room was very comfortable, but it relied on natural light from the glass‑enclosed bathroom area and the door to the “terrace” (which is actually just a balcony on the third floor, so the view was blocked by a building directly opposite). When the blinds were lowered for privacy, the room got dark enough that I had to turn the lights on during the day. It might be better on higher floors.

The location is great, the front‑of‑house team is very helpful and welcoming, and the rooms are spacious and lovely.
