The owners are kind, the place is clean, and they do daily housekeeping. The location is great—close to the promenade and the city, yet quiet and peaceful at night. The breakfast repeats itself.

“Un albergo da tre stelle, wi-fi inutilizzabile.”

The spot is great, right by the lakeside, but the breakfast was seriously lacking in variety. The Wi‑Fi was awful, unbearably slow, and there were not enough towels in the bathroom. No elevator at all. Overall, the hotel only manages a three‑star rating, definitely not four.

“Not sure where they got the 4 stars”

The location was solid and having reserved parking for our van was a big plus. We were told to pay in cash two days before arrival while we were already traveling, but they eventually let us pay by card, so that issue was resolved. The room we received didn’t match the description; we got an older room with a hot tub, barely enough space to move, a squeaky bed, an old mattress, and a tiny shower. It was on the third floor, the ceiling felt like an attic, and there were low pathways where we could bump our heads. Breakfast was fine on the first two days, but on the third day there was almost nothing left, so we had to ask for more food. Their English isn’t great, and the reception wasn’t open 24/7.
