The place itself is very pretty, the design and décor are lovely, and the tranquility is a big plus. The staff were terrible. The person who greeted us gave directions that turned out to be completely wrong. He said meals would take 20 minutes but they took over an hour. The food left a lot to be desired: I ordered salchipapas for my daughter and the portion came with three canned sausage pieces; the burgers were ugly, the meat tasted bad and was drenched in mayonnaise even though I asked for no sauce; the “cerezada” tasted more like red‑coloured water and had no flavor. The chairs beside the pool were broken and the cleaning was mediocre—if a guest spilled something on a table near the pools or left bottles, it stayed there from one day to the next.

It’s a hotel with very good facilities and the staff are extremely friendly.

The property’s location is great, and the breakfast was good. However, the window screens were broken and no air flowed into the bedrooms. The pool was small and the tiles were falling off. Nails were sticking out of the chairs by the hot tub.
