The location was great and the place was generally nice. The front desk staff were helpful, but the room service was terrible—no service after 10 PM and they never refilled the bottled water.

The elevator controls need improvement, and the handrail on the third floor is very uneven.

The food was excellent, but we had an emergency due to a fire alarm, which ruined the experience.

The mattress was amazing Marco in the restaurant was incredible. He made the breakfast extra special. He was very attentive, friendly, and went out of his way. He was geniune the secret ingredient in our very good breakfast. The chia pudding was awesome. 1. We booked using Booking. Com and always use the filter that includes breakfast. However when we got there we were told it doesn't. Our 1 night stay suddenly cost $45 more. 2. We are not spanish and the TV is not English. We were not able to log into Prime to watch anything. It would be nice to have the option

The service and attention were excellent, and the food was tasty and varied, but there was nothing in the minibar and no snacks for nighttime consumption.
