“Very clean, newly remodeled. Location is a bit far from the train. Very long walk uphill with your bags.”

I had to trek almost 20 minutes with four huge bags because there’s no transport from the train station, and no taxis or Uber were available. The host promised to escort us out with all our luggage but never showed up again, so we were left to walk uphill with our bags. This should be mentioned in the listing. On the bright side, the place was very clean and newly remodeled.

The property was spotless, well-furnished, and in a central spot. The welcome was warm, and Carmine was extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

“Beautiful place to stay.”

A charming place, right next to the ruins—perfect. Breakfast was at a café down the road, and the staff there were lovely too. One of the best spots we stayed at during our three‑week European tour.

The room was immaculate and comfortable, with an excellent bathroom. We were close to the amphitheater entrance, which was great for the concert we attended. Having a kitchenette with a coffee machine, fridge, etc., was convenient. The owners were friendly, arranged a transfer from Naples, and let us store our luggage until the room was ready. Breakfast at a local café was simple—coffee and croissant. The owner pointed us to a fantastic pizza place two restaurants down the street, and it was amazing. The security light in the room was bright but understandable; a few seats or tables on the veranda would have helped, as the room felt a bit enclosed, but these are minor issues.
