A stunning, traditional house in Nicosia’s artsy district, just a pleasant 25‑minute walk from the centre and safe even after dark, bursting with personality and art. The room was spacious and airy, featuring a lovely garden and a small kitchen equipped with a fridge and coffee/tea facilities, and the bed was very comfortable—great value for money. The downside was the noisy traffic on the road outside the house, which kept me awake at all hours; earplugs were a necessity. Rooms that overlook the garden might be a quieter option.

The host was lovely and accommodating, genuinely caring about her guests. The common areas and rooms were well equipped and comfortable, and the house’s location made it convenient to visit the city centre—25 minutes on foot or a 10‑minute drive. Communication with the host before and during the trip was effortless, and the fruit, coffee, and tea provided in the common area were much appreciated.

The property boasts a nice lobby and is close to the city centre. I stayed there to take an exam the next day at the University of Cyprus, so proximity to the university was key and it helped me arrive on time. Pets are allowed, and I was happy to bring my dog. The room’s air conditioner worked well and kept the night cool. All was good, nothing to complain about.
