“Not worth the stay .. I book for two nights but I check out after one night .”

The beachfront location is fine, but the service and appliances feel outdated: they handed us a very small flask with a broken button, the TV was old and Netflix didn’t work, and our pool villa—supposedly top‑grade—lacked a sound bar or speaker. When I asked for a lighter, the staff said the hotel didn’t provide one for guests and instead lit a candle for me, which made me wonder if I’d have to call them again every time I needed to light another candle. The staff’s attitude was low‑morale and unhelpful.

“A wonderful stay – we will definitely come back!”

The hotel was very clean and beautiful, with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and professional throughout our stay. We were also very happy with the food and drinks. We really enjoyed our time here and felt very well taken care of. Honestly, nothing. We had a wonderful stay and were very happy with everything.

“Sensational. Thank you May.”

The service was exceptional. Special mention to May in the Papillon Restaurant, who was one of the best customer‑focused staff members I have ever met; she was absolutely brilliant! We had a small issue with laundry, but management addressed it promptly and perfectly. A truly wonderful resort. There was nothing not to like – everything was perfect!
