Daniele, his mum and sister made sure we had a great stay. We stayed in a two‑bedroom apartment with very private facilities. The lovely pool was a relief after a hot day exploring Umbria, and we enjoyed the fruit hamper that arrived with us. Thanks for showing us the olive‑oil making process. There is a shop on the property for buying extra fruit, and all the kitchen equipment is available so you can cook with supermarket ingredients. The sunsets over Lake Trasimeno from the verandah were perfect—a truly authentic Italian experience. Highly recommended. We liked everything, but a few things to note: Google Maps doesn’t give good directions—use Daniele’s directions and come from the right side. We met some of the neighbors! Also, there is a small soap starter and one roll of toilet paper; everything else, including dish‑washing liquid, must be bought at a nearby supermarket. You’ll need to bring your own pool towels—luckily, coming from New Zealand we had a few small travel towels. We really loved our four‑night stay.

Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable facilities, fresh and fully equipped, beautiful scenery overlooking Lake Trasimeno. All enhanced by Daniele’s friendly and smiling hospitality.

Perfect location for getting around the area. The apartment is spacious and spotless, the pool is well maintained. Daniele, the owner, is unusually kind. We haven’t finished exploring the Trasimeno area yet; on our next visit we already know where to book.
