Breakfast was lacking; more signage would help locate items, and there should be more bread and pastry choices. Decaf coffee wasn’t offered, and hot water was hard to find.

The beds were comfortable, but the air unit kept turning on and off loudly, making it impossible to sleep.

The room was spotless and cozy, clearly well kept, but the tiny fridge seemed to be malfunctioning.

The hotel had its good points, like the comfy bed and the recliner in the room, which was a nice touch. However, there were some things that let it down - the TV didn't have closed captioning, which made it hard to watch shows if you're hard of hearing, and the pillows were on the small side. Overall, it was an okay stay, but not without its issues.
