The trash can didn’t have bags, the toilet wouldn’t flush until you held the handle down, I asked for the bottom floor and got the 3rd floor pool, which smelled and was dirty.

Breakfast was tasty and the staff were friendly. The location felt secure and was close to the interstate. My room was spotless and had a pleasant scent. It was a nice room overall. The Wi‑Fi on the TV was spotty and shows kept buffering. The bathtub leaked constantly, so I had to keep the door shut to muffle the sound.

The place is in a great spot. But my stay at Fairfield by Marriott in Rogers, Arkansas was a letdown. The landscaping was overgrown and unkempt. The welcome packages were never handed out or mentioned at check‑in. The room itself fell short: the bathtub paint was chipped, the lighting was dim and the whole space felt uninviting. I chose this hotel because of the Marriott brand, which usually signals a certain level of quality, but this location didn’t live up to that. Management should inspect the property’s condition and service standards. I wouldn’t return.
