The room was cozy, small but perfect for rest. They don’t issue a service receipt; instead they give a payment receipt, which isn’t a receipt. When you ask for the receipt, they want to charge VAT, supposedly included in the price.

The location was very good, close to shops and restaurants, safe to walk at night, and each person had their own key so exiting and entering was easy. When I arrived, I found several problems in the room, mainly in the bathroom; I told a cleaning lady but she didn’t respond well. The owner then arrived, was a great person, helped fix the toilet, and promised to change my room but never did. During the week, other guests were moving out and I was left alone because the hotel was being renovated; on Thursday and Friday the repairs started, making it impossible to stay in the hotel due to the noise.
