The hotel was a misery, the staff attitude was bad, everything was dirty, there was no breakfast even though it was advertised as included, and parking was claimed to exist but didn’t.

The staff were amazing and the room was spotless.

The room was clean, the staff very friendly, and it was easy to park on the street. No elevator and no air conditioning.

It was clean and the breakfast wasn’t bad, which is why I didn’t give a lower score. The hotel is clean and quiet, but the room we were assigned was horrible. It was a loft space that needed renovation. Inside the room there’s a gas boiler (or something similar) right next to the bed. There’s no air conditioning, only household fans.
