Clean, with everything needed for a short stay; some water and snacks would be nice since the neighborhood lacks them. The location is quiet, residential, and offers great value.

It was clean and everything looked new, but only 2‑3 of the five advertised parking spaces were actually available depending on how people parked, and the room was very noisy.
