The shower in the bath was unsuitable because the screen was fixed to the side and couldn't be pulled back.

Mulroy Woods Hotel is just a 5‑minute drive from Milford, Donegal. When we arrived, the receptionist was very friendly. We were assigned first‑class rooms, and the hotel had been recently redecorated to a very high standard. On Thursday night we went to a dance the four of us attended, and we were pleasantly surprised that the cover charge included hot beverages and biscuits. Saturday’s entertainment at the bar was great. The staff were the nicest and most helpful. I left a bag at breakfast, and one of the waitresses put it in a safe place until I returned for it. I have no hesitation in recommending The Mulroy Woods Hotel. On Friday night we were disappointed that the entertainment didn’t show up, but it wasn’t the end of the world.

I loved the hotel’s layout—it’s beautiful—and the room was very spacious. Breakfast was a bit disappointing because there was no potato or soda bread.
