The owner’s service was always ready to help, the house is spacious and perfect for a family or a group of four, with large, well-equipped rooms, a fridge and microwave for meals, and a roomy dining area. The location is great, close to a metro stop, supermarkets, and restaurants right next to the house. However, at some point the house’s cleanliness could be improved.

The owner was very attentive to us, and we had the entire apartment with a large living‑dining‑kitchen area, a fridge and microwave downstairs, and two large rooms on the second floor. There were three bathrooms. The place is in a typical Bangkok neighborhood, very close to the metro, restaurants, and a night market for street food. The cleanliness of the sink and toilet could be better, but everything else was very clean.

Amenities are good, close to the MRT, and the décor is pretty. The air conditioning in room 101 is weak and a bit hot.

The restroom needs a lot of attention and smells very bad.

When we got there, the toilet was filthy and full of other people's hair—totally unacceptable. The balcony that was promised turned out to be a closed shaft with no fresh air; we couldn't ventilate and the hot air from the unit on the balcony made the room stuffy, so we couldn't open the window. It was a big problem for a two‑day stay with three people, and the toilet even clogged several times. I hope future guests don’t face this hassle.
