Bed bugs!! I found a bed bug and got bites while staying here. The hotel staff collected the bug but said there were no bed bugs. On my first night, someone walked in on me while I was undressed. The hotel had assigned another guest to the room I was in. Between the infestation, the double‑booking, and a management team that denied the evidence in front of them, I can't recommend this hotel. Stay away.

The bed was clean and comfortable, and the new furniture is nice. Everything.

The design is nice and the staff are excellent. The room was great, but I would change it to have a walk‑in shower because I hate shower curtains in hotels. The lack of a walk‑in shower is a downside.

The retro‑futuristic design, monochrome color scheme, bedding, and location are great. The lobby feels a bit strange and the reception is a bit cold.

The night‑shift manager was courteous and the service was thoughtful and impressive. Most areas are clean, but the toilet drain details could be cleaned better.
