The hotel sits right next to the highway, making it easy to get in and out. Breakfast is good, though not outstanding. The room and overall cleanliness meet expectations. At night, the trains are audible because they’re so close; it’s fine for those who don’t have trouble sleeping, but if you’re a light sleeper it could be an issue.

The room and bathroom were spotless, and the parking is convenient; the location is great for both the highway and Orvieto, with the center only 10 minutes away. The staff are extremely friendly, and the reception is open 24 hours. The mattress in room 402 was excellent—I slept really well. Breakfast was good, offering lactose‑free cakes. Overall, it’s a great value for the quality. I would have liked a separate recycling bin for plastic, but there was only one bin available.

The breakfast was abundant, and the room was huge (we were in 4). The parking was too small for all guests. The room’s soundproofing was poor; we could hear the neighboring bathroom’s flush and a passing train.
