I liked the location, but the mattresses sagged and I couldn't sleep well.

A very nice hotel, the staff were excellent. The only thing we didn’t like was that the room faced the main avenue and the traffic noise at night was terrible, plus the curtain was very translucent and didn’t darken the room well for sleeping. Oh, and the room was freezing.

The service was flawless, very comfortable and the attention was the best. The noise needs improvement – the acoustics should be better and guests should be advised not to be too loud in rooms. On the first day there was loud music from a TV in reception, on the second night guests were shouting throughout the hotel, and the last guest had music playing all night. That’s what they need to fix. P.S. Change the pillows – they’re too hard.

The service was flawless, the rooms were spotless, everything was great, but there was a lot of traffic noise and the doorbell rang loudly, so the noise was noticeable.
