The staff were friendly and the bed was comfy, but the hotel felt outdated and the lobby was uncomfortable and hot. The pool door stayed unlocked the whole stay, and the stairwell door to the hallway was also unlocked at all hours, letting anyone in without a key card. When I told the night desk attendant, he said, “We have cameras everywhere,” to which I replied, “Cameras won’t stop a gun‑toting maniac from entering through unlocked doors.” He then mentioned, “Your room door locks.” The room itself was dated, small, and had a crazy number of light switches; the light in the circular shower didn’t work, nor did the phone, and there were no charging ports. The wall around the windows was cracked, and many corridor walls were patched but not painted. I liked the location, the friendly staff, and the bed, but I won’t stay here again.
