The hotel is well‑located in the center, right across from the market. The breakfast was varied and the staff were friendly. The internet was very bad.

The location was excellent, close to all city amenities and in a very quiet area. The supermarket was right across, there were hiking gear shops next door, and two good restaurants on the same sidewalk. A bus stop was less than 3 minutes away. The hotel also offered passes for regional buses, lent me hiking sticks while I stayed, and provided a phone charger. The cable cars were five minutes from the hotel. There was also a nearby pool and a nice little balcony to watch the sunset. The breakfast was very good, really good. No negatives.

The breakfast and dinner staff were great, and the location was handy. I liked the balcony, but the outdoor chairs felt cheap and flimsy. The Wi‑Fi didn’t work at all, and the room lacked a fridge, kettle, freezer, and ice—none of those were available for us. The bathroom didn’t have a shower curtain, the temperature control was missing, and the bed was uncomfortable.

The hotel sits on a central street and the location is superb. It was very quiet and the rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was nice, and parking at the back wasn’t too tight.
