The staff were very welcoming and respectful, and I got a quiet room for my nervous dog for two nights, which worked out well. It was a good stay, but it would have been nicer if the room had a kettle with tea bags.

Getting here from the motorway is a breeze, the bed is comfortable, parking is good, and the dinner was excellent even though the menu was limited—vegetarians only had salad or pizza. The décor feels plain and could be more appealing, though the plants and nice napkins add a touch; the food is fine but the surroundings are less impressive, and there’s no juice at breakfast.
