“Great for a 4 day Weekend at the Beach”

If you’re after a 5‑star resort, this isn’t it, but for a clean, budget‑friendly spot close to the ocean and pier, it’s perfect; the staff were great, the beds were soft, the air conditioning worked, and the hot water was nice—everything you need for a quick beach trip. The only downside was a fan in the bathroom to keep paint from peeling, otherwise it was great and I’d stay again.

“All in all considering the location it was worth the money. Nothing to fancy, rate clean as about a 7 or 8.”

I could reach the beach with just a quick walk or a short drive, but the bathroom felt cramped.

“Great location”

Every trip to Emerald Isle, I stay here because it's centrally located—just a stroll to the pier, the beach, and any eateries you might crave. If you’re into Mexican food, the top spot is right behind the hotel.

The view of the ocean was a plus, yet the room was supposed to have been renovated recently but still had a 33‑inch TV that didn’t work until they patched it up, a floor that wasn’t laid properly, and it wasn’t clean. The only coffee available was decaf, and the place looked like someone’d slapped lipstick on a pig. Curtains hung far from the windows and a flood light outside made it impossible to sleep without covering our eyes with a towel. The old AC unit didn’t remove humidity and had a musty odor. Don’t spend your money here.
