“Pésimo”

The place was hardly clean, only the maintenance guy seemed to know what he was doing and offered decent service. Overall, the hygiene was bad and the first impression was terrible.

“Bad customer service”

I detested every single thing about Hotel frano. The front desk staff were downright rude. I booked twice but could only find one room available. The pillows came with burnt cases. No TV remote was handed over. The room was messy and the entry smelled like dead rats. They handed us a breakfast menu but only served us two slices of bread with cheese and a juice I’d rather skip; I’d have preferred water. They also forced us to fetch towels and the AC control ourselves.

“Mala”

The staff were friendly and efficient, but the app failed to register our reservation upon arrival, causing an hour of waiting for a room that wasn’t ready—so we had to wait until sunrise.

The only thing I liked was that hot water was available. They claimed breakfast was included, yet there was a gas leak that might have been fixed by morning. In the morning there was no coffee, not even bread for breakfast. The facilities were old, the parking tiny, there was no mini‑fridge in the room, the bathroom was dirty, the toilet had limescale everywhere, and the sink had a black sticky thing stuck to it.
