The hotel is beautiful, its historic setting is great, but the interior needs a facelift; since Urfa has become a major tourist hub, please upgrade the property to better support the city. Keep up the good work.

The staff are a bit bureaucratic, yet they answer questions accurately and kindly; the facilities feel somewhat dated but everything essential is available, and the location is right next to Urfa’s biggest attraction, so the spot is perfect. The summer heat in Urfa is intense, and the air‑conditioning is not very effective, so I couldn’t sleep comfortably at night.
