Very clean, and the restaurant was convenient, but there was no microwave in the bedroom and the cleaning staff knocked on my door while I was asleep at 9am.

Hotel Grande, muito limpo e silencioso. O café da manhã que o Booking informa que está incluido , não é bem assim . Estávamos em 3 no quarto e o hotel disponibiliza um voucher de 15 dolares por pessoa para no máximo 2 adultos, para utilização no restaurante anexo . Ou seja tive um gasto adicional de 35 dolares por dia . O colchão de uma das camas estava quebrado em uma parte . Pedimos para trocarem e não o fizeram

The place was very clean with comfy beds, and the reception staff gave a really friendly welcome.

A quiet room with a comfy bed, but asking about the neighborhood feels a bit pointless since the intersection of Hampden and Wadsworth is super busy and the restaurants within walking distance are mediocre at best.
