“Una piacevolissima sorpresa!”
When I booked, I was skeptical because there were only a few reviews, but I decided to give it a try and I was literally blown away! The place is brand‑new, stunning, and meticulously detailed, with loads of comforts. It’s the perfect spot to escape the daily hustle, unwind, and enjoy complete tranquility. The owner, a super helpful, welcoming, and kind person, always met our needs and made us feel at home. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience, turning an initially doubtful choice into a beautiful discovery. It’s definitely a place I’d love to return to—truly “never again”!

Everything was fantastic, my partner and I felt like royalty. From the super comfortable bed, to the small kitchen that had all we needed, to the large shower and the jacuzzi bathtub on the terrace with a sea view. The only flaw was the tree top that, instead of offering a 360‑degree sea view, showed 359 😅—everything else was top!

My boyfriend and I stayed in the Aqua Suite and we were really comfortable. The room is beautiful, modern, welcoming, and meticulously detailed, perfect for relaxing during our stay. The property is just steps from the sea, a very convenient location that lets you reach the beach and the promenade on foot. A special thank you to Mrs. Lidia, who was very kind, always available, and attentive to every need, making us feel welcomed immediately. We absolutely recommend this place to anyone wanting a few relaxing days in Giulianova. We’d gladly return!
The apartment is fabulous, I recommend it. Very cozy, we had everything we needed for our stay. The parking and proximity to the sea are top. Lidia, an exceptional, kind, and available person, made us feel comfortable right away. We’ll come back for sure. ☺️
The modern, luxurious setup, even the bed was very comfortable and cozy. I felt very at ease in the great apartment. I must especially highlight Lidia’s friendliness and helpfulness. She supported me a lot during arrival and departure, and was always present for smaller requests. Thanks again for that.
