The staff were really cooperative, which was a plus, but that's about it. The hotel's cleanliness was non-existent and it felt really old. Even the room locks weren't working properly. Overall, it was a pretty disappointing stay.

The location was spot on, close to the city palace and all, but that's where the positives end. The room was a mess - no lock, stains on the bedsheet, and no dusting done before we arrived. And to make matters worse, there was a cockroach in the room and zero ventilation. For the price they were charging, it was a horrible stay. The building looks nice in pics, but it's clear they aren't putting in the effort to maintain it.

I had a pretty bad experience with the service here - they seemed to have no idea how to fix the issues I was having. I booked an AC room but it didn't cool at all, and when I asked the staff to turn off the room lights, they just told me that's how it is. Oh, and get this - apparently the lights can't even be turned off!

The room was a mess and there was no WiFi. To make matters worse, the shower in the bathroom wasn't working. Not exactly the best start to a stay.

Honestly, there was nothing good about my stay here. The hotel was really dirty and it felt like a total waste of money. I'd advise against booking a room here.
