I had a terrible experience: the service was awful, no staff seemed to be in charge of the whole hotel, there was no hot water, and we had to keep asking and insisting until it was partially resolved. One night they sent us to bathe at another hotel because we suggested it. They never cleaned the rooms, and in one room water leaked from the bathroom and soaked the room. From the start we were given keys for a room that was already occupied.

The location is fantastic, just across the street from the city center, which made it easy to attend events and leave late by simply crossing the street; despite the noise we slept calmly. The room was small but cozy. It advertised a balcony, but there was none—just a wall. When we arrived, we were directed to the restaurant and it took a while for them to show us the room. There was no hot water even after we talked to the manager, and we made the mistake of not calling the number on the app and instead following the instructions on a sign at the inn’s entrance.

“Restroom bad, no heat water, no answer from the owner”

Very bad, the toilet was terrible, never had hot water. I wouldn’t recommend it; the manager only promised to fix the hot water issue.
