I landed in a spacious, spotless room with a tidy bathroom, and the receptionist was genuinely kind and helpful—he even swapped my room for a quieter, higher‑floor spot so I didn’t end up in a love motel. The only downside was the breakfast area, which only offered coffee and tea with milk; if you want black coffee you have to ask at reception downstairs. I’m used to firm mattresses, but this one was far too hard, and it would be great if they added a laundry service.
