Playavera

“Excelente hotel naaturista. Confort y excelente personal”

The pool area, group games and the excellence and friendliness of the animators made everything very friendly and fun. In the room there were no electrical outlets. Some parts of the hotel looked somewhat old.

The truth is I never stayed at Playavera because it was closed on 31 September. They offered me a change at the same price, so I booked Playacálida in Almuñécar.

“Gerne wieder - vor allem, wenn das Hotel renoviert wird”

I stayed at a great FKK hotel right on the beach with a huge pool area. The Superior room had a sea view, a good bed, and a nice bathroom. Unfortunately, the hotel is stuck in a huge investment backlog. The food at the bar (we never ate in the restaurant) was absolutely terrible, and aside from rosé, none of the wines listed on the menu were available.

“Great Naturist Destination”

There’s not much to dislike about this naturist resort; they’re hard to find and being linked to one of Europe’s best naturist beaches is a bonus. The pool is gorgeous, the sunrises are breathtaking, breakfast is hearty, and the staff are excellent. The main drawback on my fourth visit was how dated the rooms felt. The nighttime entertainment was a bit loud and Kate was a bit much for me. I had to ask for a room change because of a leaking AC unit, and it took three failed attempts in 24 hours to get it fixed. Pedro was the only staff member who truly cared and ensured my new room was satisfactory. The good news is the hotel has been sold and there are plans for a major renovation; everyone hopes it will stay naturist.
