The main point: the friendliness of the staff. They are always attentive and helpful. It’s worth mentioning the very good breakfast. The lodge’s location inside Serra da Mantiqueira is also noteworthy, with a wonderful landscape and delightful silence. Since it was only a one‑night stay, I have nothing to criticize.

We were very well received and accommodated, with a very cozy room. The staff were attentive and very friendly; it’s a place I would definitely return to.

The breakfast was fine, but accessing the pool area and the value for money were lacking; the new standard only has one outlet, and the bathroom in my room had a leaking shower box that I’m not sure has been fixed yet.
