The bathroom was dirty and there was no refrigerator.

The noise was unbearable outside the window. When I called a staff member, she said it was from the street. Then the receptionist said it was from the hotel and would stop at 23:00. In the morning it started again. There were no earplugs in the room, no refrigerator, and the toilet was clogged.
