The location is fine, but the property feels very unmanaged, unattractive, dull, and dusty. Breakfast was bad, and a bug ended up in my food, which was very disappointing. The bed and pillows are yellowish and emit a dusty smell.

I booked room 6490751670 at Ginger Hotel on SG Road from 26 June 2026 to 12 June 2026 (3 days). I checked in at 10:00 PM on 9 June. At 4:00 AM a power outage forced me to move to the nearby Ginger Satellite. The hotel still charged me for the remaining two days, even though the outage was theirs, so I’m asking for a refund of that extra charge as soon as possible. R.MANOHARAN 9791327633
