Breakfast was decent, but the fridge situation was a nightmare. They had a padlocked mini‑fridge that you could only use if you spent a minimum of 70 reais. I spent 80, left, and the fridge stayed locked. Totally frustrating.

The only thing that stood out was the staff's politeness. The rest was a letdown: the room was stuffy and smelled like a closed space, the food was underwhelming, and overall it wasn't worth the money.

Honestly, there's nothing good here. The place is clearly in bad shape. We were stuck in a cramped, drafty room with an asbestos roof that made it feel like a greenhouse, even at night it stayed hot. No ceiling fan or AC, just a loud air circulator. Breakfast was weak and the other meals were just a basic buffet.

The staff and kitchen were efficient and polite, which was nice. But basic stuff was missing: Wi‑Fi didn't work, towels were subpar, no soap for guests, and no glass plates or mugs.
