“Sejur plăcut!”

I came back knowing exactly what this place offers: the room was spotless, the bed comfy, and the linens and towels were top quality. Thanks for bumping me up to a superior room compared to what I booked. The spa area was clean, with plenty of loungers, warm water, and good towels. Staff were friendly and helpful. I booked half‑board and the food was ample, fresh, tasty, varied, with juice, tea, coffee, water, fruit, and dessert. Parking was free and fairly large. We’ll return anytime! The only gripe: dinner service starts at 19:00, which feels late for us; 18:00 would have been better 😊 but I’m not sure what the policy is.

“Placut, linistit si relaxant”

The hotel is very well located. The staff were extremely courteous. We needed a car to take us to a nearby village for an activity and they helped us; the cost was added to the bill, which worked for us. The pool was nice, with plenty of loungers around. The food was good and varied. Breakfast offered the same dishes each day, but there was enough variety to choose something different each time. They provided brochures with local activity suggestions. I especially recommend the hill‑top sled ride with lunch included. The room wasn’t huge, but that wasn’t a problem. We also had a small balcony. The only suggestion: adding two chairs, maybe a tiny table, would help. The balcony is small, but a bit more would work. We took the chairs from the room one evening and enjoyed a glass of wine outside. The chairs in the room are a bit large for the balcony, but we managed.
