The location was great and the staff were friendly. We ran into wifi problems, but they tried to fix it fast, and they even gave us a driver to get to the airport. We did find cockroaches in the room, the mattresses were uncomfortable, and at 5am we were woken up by furniture moving and several squeaks.

The place was well‑situated with lots of shops nearby. There was no on‑site dining, cockroaches and other insects were present, and the cleanliness of the linens could have been better.

The spot was in a prime location. Unfortunately, we encountered cockroaches in the room and the staff were not polite.

The room was spacious, clean, the water temperature and quantity were fine, and the air‑conditioning worked perfectly; the staff were generally kind. We were pleased to get early check‑in, but the room assigned to us felt like it was deep in the staff corridor. It had a large window, yet the view was just the corridor outside.
