I was lucky enough to catch a good time and watch the sunrise and the moonrise from the lodge's balcony—what a beautiful sight!

The location is fine, but everything else feels very neglected; the facilities are in a sorry state and clearly lack investment and care for guests' comfort. Things are broken, the place is dirty, and after booking I was asked to send a PIX of 50 % of the nightly rate for confirmation, even though the room was listed as no pre‑payment.

The sea view is nice, but the service was poor, the mattresses were in terrible condition, and there was no pool even though it was promised.

The lodge is in a great spot with a wonderful balcony view, and the staff are very friendly and polite; we stayed there about seven years ago and came back exactly because of its excellent location. Unfortunately the rooms are very noisy—there were kids in the next room, so you could clearly hear the mother scolding them, and every time the toilet was flushed in the adjacent bathrooms, the noise carried into our room, waking us up several times. The bed was a box with an extra mattress on top that was very soft but sank in the middle, so when two people lay down it became uncomfortable.
