They charged me $10 for parking, a fee I had never seen at other nearby hotels and they didn't inform me. It only appeared after the hold cleared, and I won’t return.

The location was great for the dinner spot we went to. The place was clean and secure.

The receptionist was very rude, telling us our reservation had been cancelled because we were supposed to check in at 2:00 am and I arrived a bit late. We tried to get another room, but the system wouldn’t let us. The next day, a different staff member was very kind and apologized, saying that the night shift person had refused to help.
