The location and all the offered activities were great, staff were available and very helpful, meal and breakfast quality was good. The rooms and bathrooms feel very cramped.

“Perfecto para descansar en la montaña lejos del ruido.”

The place gives an amazing escape in a peaceful country house. The neighbors are usually quiet and family‑friendly. The barbecue is great, with an outdoor dining area for each house. The pool is pretty, not crowded, and clean. Breakfast was very good and complete. However, communication was lacking. Because there was no reception, we got confused with people who were still cleaning the house when we arrived earlier than expected. Communication was only via WhatsApp and very limited. The website pretends to offer local services as if they were provided by the property. Inside the house there were flyers for apps that don’t exist or don’t work. The breakfast or dinner mentioned on the website must be ordered in advance by WhatsApp and paid in cash when delivered, a fact we only learned from the cleaning staff. In the end everything worked out, but there was a feeling of helplessness due to the lack of information.

“Casa ideal para desconectar y disfrutar de una maravillosas vistas.”

The scenery is amazing, letting you escape the city’s noise and spend quiet, peaceful time with family; the house has everything needed for a pleasant stay, and the access is good, away from other villages. The only downside is that the mattresses in the different rooms are too uncomfortable for our taste, probably because they’re used repeatedly.

The location near nature and in a privileged setting is great, but our experience didn’t match what we expected when we booked. We initially rented La Plana, a newly designed house that we liked overall. However, when we booked we didn’t get a clear picture that it was completely isolated from other accommodations and community areas. Reaching the pool required driving on a stony path for about 7 minutes at roughly 10 km/h, or walking about 45 minutes up the mountain. In practice, a 4×4 would have been advisable, something never mentioned. The maintenance staff even moved around the property in a buggy. The house was pretty, though still missing curtains in some upper‑floor rooms. The pool shown on Booking was found to have completely black water and conditions very different from the pictures. After filing a complaint the first night, we were offered a different available accommodation, Puit. That place was completely different in features and quality from what we had booked, and we found major maintenance and cleaning issues, as shown in the photos we attached. They offered an extra night as compensation, but didn’t refund the price difference between the original booking and the new place.
