The breakfast offered only coffee pods for the machine and nothing else; to turn it on you have to unplug the fridge because there's only one outlet. The location is great, in the centre of Sanità. The hair dryer in room 13 is broken, we were not informed, and even after notifying the owner there was no response.

“Da evitare”

I only liked the room’s cleanliness and the breakfast. The owner (or whoever runs the place) was very rude and made fun of me. The TV in the room didn’t work, and he said he’d call tech support, but no one ever came to see the issue. The worst part was him sending me multiple messages demanding the tourist tax transfer and refusing to wait while I tried to fix a technical glitch in the app. We later agreed to hand over the cash in person that evening, but after waiting two hours for him to come, I told him it was late and I wanted to sleep, and he popped out of the next room claiming he was still having dinner. It isn’t a bed and breakfast: the soap dispensers are empty, there’s only a few 10 ml shampoo sachets, one roll of toilet paper, and no Wi‑Fi credentials in the room. The kitchen lacks linens and basic dish‑washing supplies. Power outlets are broken and unreliable. Absolutely not recommended.

Nothing good. The place was filthy, the garage was far away, and it was terrible.
