Casa Mexicana

The staff were nice and very helpful. The location was bad – you have to go through several glass doors and a neglected back courtyard to reach the room, then climb a steep, old wooden staircase. It’s tough with heavy luggage. The room is in a very old but renovated building.

“Wir nicht mehr”

Nothing good. The rooms we got weren’t the ones we booked; the assigned room was on a side street that was far too noisy and people were fighting. The rooms were dirty, doors squeaked, light switches and sockets were loose. The shower leaked and the fixtures were loose. Beds, upper beds, pillows were dirty, especially the mattress foam was stuck. Room 1 had mold in the shower. Not recommended, and the bike garage looked like a storage shed.

The team at Casa Mexicana were very friendly and helpful. There’s a parking spot for cars with an extra fee of €5 per night in the back courtyard. The catering outside the building caused nighttime noise.
