The location is excellent, just a short walk from the historic center and the Novello Malatesta clinic. The room is spacious, the large windowed bathroom with a walk‑in shower is well equipped, cleanliness is meticulous, and both the host and staff are incredibly kind.

Everything was perfect: comfort, cleanliness, proximity to services, the city center, the station, Wi‑Fi, TV, air conditioning, and the brand‑new in‑room bathroom. I have no complaints.

The host was available and patient with our late arrival, the location is convenient near the center, and the room had all the comforts. The only downside was that the room was a bit dark.

It was nice, but let's just say it was a bit cutesy.

The room and bathroom are spacious and clean, with a window. The essential but functional furnishings are all new. Despite facing the street, the place is quiet. It’s only 200 m from a very convenient parking spot. The kettle, the coffee, the freeze‑dried coffee, and muffins are available. The mattress was too soft for our taste. Room 4 is on the first floor with no elevator, so it’s unsuitable for those with mobility issues. The area is not very attractive, and the bathroom could use an extra light.
