What a wonderful place! The reception was warm, the rooms were large, clean and comfy. Breakfast was delicious, and being close to the cable‑car launch was a plus. The host booked our tickets, offered to hold our backpacks while we toured, gave us a great restaurant recommendation, and even helped carry our bags to the eatery—such kindness. The best hotel of our China trip. Nothing was wrong, everything was perfect.

The owners are fantastic, the place is a 5‑minute walk from the Great Wall entrance, the property was tidy, and the room has a nice balcony overlooking the mountains; nothing to complain about.

Being so close to the Great Wall entrance let us climb the wall before the crowds from Beijing arrived, so there were no lines and we could snap photos with almost no people around; the hotel was spotless and the rooms were roomy; the owners were extremely kind and helpful, they picked us up from the airport late at night, cooked great meals for breakfast and dinner, and assisted us in buying tickets for activities; the roof terrace offers a beautiful view of the Great Wall; I loved everything.
