We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Alpenblick in Zell am See. What stood out most was not just the beautiful property and excellent location, but the exceptional hospitality from the entire team. We are a vegetarian family with some specific dietary requirements, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us at breakfast. We had explained what we could eat and what we preferred, and every morning they made a genuine effort to prepare something especially for us. The breakfasts were delicious, thoughtfully prepared, and we really appreciated the care they took to make sure we were comfortable. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. Every member of staff we interacted with was friendly, helpful and welcoming. We also had the pleasure of meeting and chatting with the owner, who personally came over to see us and spent some time talking with us. That personal touch made the experience even more memorable and is something you don't find everywhere. The resort itself is lovely, the location is excellent for exploring Zell am See and the surrounding area, and the atmosphere is warm and relaxing. But ultimately it was the people and their hospitality that made Alpenblick special for us. We travelled as a family with our young daughter and genuinely felt very comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. After travelling through several places on this European trip, Alpenblick is definitely one of the stays we will remember most fondly. Thank you to the owner and the entire Alpenblick team for making our stay so special. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!

Ich (Dackel Kalle) war mit meinem Herrchen im SPORTRESORT ALPENBLICK – und was soll ich sagen: Ich hätte es kaum besser treffen können! 🐶 Das Zimmer war super, das Bett gemütlich und die Umgebung perfekt für ausgedehnte Spaziergänge. Mein Herrchen schwärmt heute noch vom Essen – ich durfte leider nicht mit ins Restaurant. 😒 Sehr unverständlich, schließlich hätte ich mich als professioneller Teller-Inspektor bestens geeignet! 🧐🍽️ Aber gut, mein Herrchen war danach satt und glücklich, also muss das Essen wohl wirklich ein Traum gewesen sein. 😄 Unterm Strich: tolle Unterkunft, super Service und eine wunderschöne Gegend. Ich gebe 5 von 5 Knochen und komme gerne wieder – sofern mein Herrchen mich wieder mitnimmt! 🦴🐾

The location was good. I would also like to mention the manager who later assisted us and gave my child a gift; she was kind and tried to help resolve some of our concerns. الموقع جيد. كما أود الإشادة بالمديرة التي تعاملت معنا لاحقًا وقدمت هدية لطفلي؛ كانت لطيفة وحاولت المساعدة في معالجة بعض الملاحظات التي واجهناها. Unfortunately, my overall experience was very disappointing. From the beginning, I felt that the staff were not helpful or attentive to our concerns as guests. One of the main issues involved the Zell am See-Kaprun Summer Card. I was charged for the Summer Card as part of my stay, but initially we were provided only with Guest Cards rather than the actual Summer Cards. Because of this, I had to pay separately for an activity that should have been covered. After I raised the issue with the hotel, they corrected the cards and reimbursed the amount I had paid, which I appreciated. I was also charged an additional amount for my 7-year-old child. When I questioned this and referred to information I had seen online regarding children staying free, I was told that different conditions applied depending on how the reservation was booked. I found the policy unclear and would strongly recommend that the hotel make these conditions much more transparent before guests arrive. The most concerning experience occurred during the night. At approximately 4:00 a.m., while my family and I were sleeping, an unknown person entered our room. My son saw the person and shouted, after which the person immediately left. I went downstairs looking for assistance, but at that time I could only find staff working around the kitchen area. I later reported the matter to the hotel. I was told that they had checked the available cameras, but there was apparently no camera covering the corridor or the area immediately outside our room. This experience made my family feel extremely uncomfortable and was ultimately a major reason why I did not want to extend our stay as originally considered. For a family hotel, I expected much better communication, guest support and, most importantly, reassurance regarding room security. للأسف، تجربتي بشكل عام كانت مخيبة للآمال. منذ البداية لم أشعر بأن الموظفين متعاونون بالشكل المتوقع أو مهتمون بشكل كافٍ براحة النزيل وملاحظاته

The downstairs area is very nice lovely bar etc. The bedrooms are not 4* No aircon No coffee making facilities other than granules Pillows and bed uncomfy
