“Solo quieren dinero”

I absolutely disliked everything. Everything was wrong. First, the facilities smelled terrible. They ask for documents for everything, for the lock, for a deposit—what kind of place is this? The rooms were super uncomfortable; the beds felt like prison mattresses, nothing comfortable, and they smelled bad. It's cheap, but at the same price in Budapest you can find something far better.

The only 2 things that was great about the hostel were the staff- they are amazing, nice and smilly people who wants to help. they deserve all the beer they should get ;) The other thing was the location. it was right next to the old town which is perfect if you want to stay close by. For a start- a person slept on my bed that i have booked. the staff changed my bed- but i dont understand why we needed to deal with it. the bed was not comfy, and the bed creaked all the time. not only that- the door also!! it was awful. also i can hear people from a room next to me. ONLY ONE BATHROOM STALL FOR THE WHOLE FLOOR. and also it was not clean. last thing last, i could hear all night people from the street shouting, car driving- and didnt have a 'quiet' time. did NOT expected this things from a high rated hostel

The location is fantastic. The community feels great, and the staff are very helpful and welcoming. There’s a huge common area, a kitchen equipped with everything you need for cooking, and the hostel organizes events and offers recommendations for cafes and bars. Towels are provided free of charge, and I asked for an extra blanket because the room felt a bit cold to me. The only problem was the shower water temperature – it took me about 15–20 minutes to adjust it, and it was either boiling hot or freezing cold, which was frustrating.
