I spotted cockroaches in the room and mold in the bathroom, then asked for a refund but the manager never replied.

The only positive was that there was a two‑burner stove; I found the room dirty, with bugs on the floor, no hot water, and the staff refused to move me to another room or let me shower elsewhere, were rude, ignored management and emergency maintenance requests, and have been refusing to issue a refund since Monday for breaching the contract and lacking silverware and a pot—my son, a boot‑camp graduate and soldier, couldn’t even take a hot shower, and the only tidy part of the room was the beds; the staff’s rudeness and inconsiderate attitude are unacceptable.

The place was dirty, mold was present, housekeeping never showed up, staff were absent, and the manager was just walking around without doing anything.
