The décor, the view, the welcome, the unlimited mineral or sparkling water, the meal, the good breakfast, the décor again, the calm, and the explanatory video for retrieving our keys and accessing the room were all great. The lack of respect from other guests in the establishment, who were especially noisy, was annoying. Our air‑conditioning was broken, but we received a price reduction as compensation.

Hello, I want to file a complaint about our stay, for which we paid 101 € per night. We are very dissatisfied with this service, which does not match the level of quality and cleanliness we were entitled to at that price. We specifically noticed: the restaurant was not available and we were only informed of this on the morning of our arrival. Despite a strong heatwave, no water bottle or hydration solution was provided. No motorcycle‑friendly parking was available. The outdoor parking was unsecured and located outside the hotel. The establishment was very poorly signposted, making access difficult. The curtains were extremely dirty. The walls were dirty. The bedding was very disappointing: a mattress simply placed on a frame. The radiators and light fixtures were very dirty. We found dead insects on the sheets, under the duvet cover, which is totally unacceptable in terms of hygiene. All of these problems constitute a major breach of the quality of the service booked. We made this reservation based on the information and photos presented on . The reality was far below what we could legitimately expect for 101 € per night. Given all these inconveniences, the state of cleanliness and the accommodation conditions, we request a full refund of the 101 €. If a full refund is not possible, we ask for at least a 50 % refund, i.e. 50,50 €. We have photographs taken on site that show the state of cleanliness and the real conditions of the lodging, and we can provide them to support our complaint.

The breakfast was very ordinary. There was no toaster, no honey (even though the hotel sells it). The overall rating of the establishment is 8.2, so very good. I cannot give that rating, a maximum of 6… Parking is available, the location is very quiet. Maintenance is very average, the shower room is very small, the sink basin is broken, water supply is inconsistent, the room feels "old‑fashioned", the bedding is not very comfortable, giving an impression of "not well maintained". No mini‑fridge. Breakfast is the simplest. In short, nothing justifies a very good rating! There was a friendly contact. Good for a single night, as a backup. 100 € for that! No review for the restaurant, it was closed on the evening of my arrival and the next day without any information.
