“Location was convenient”

The location is great—just a 4‑minute walk to Times Square and Broadway shows, 7 minutes to the Empire State Building, and 12 minutes to Rockefeller Plaza, with subway stations very close by. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was cleaned daily. The bed was very comfortable. One of the three elevator banks was under repair, so the trip up and down took a bit longer. The view from the room didn’t show the city because another building was right next door.

The room was large and clean, with daily room service and a very friendly and helpful front‑desk staff. The location was unbeatable. The breakfast that was supposed to be included in the reservation was very limited—only a few options, and anything else cost extra. The breakfast staff were not friendly.
