“Falta de respeito e etica profissional”
The reservation was confirmed online, but then it got canceled. I was left scrambling for another place at the last minute. Not what I expected.

The room was a nightmare – the bathroom was filthy, the bed had no proper sheets, and overall the place felt like a joke. No comfort at all, just a pile of dirty stuff. I wouldn't recommend it.
